Your tasks:

• Preparation of operating and heating cost calculations for residential and commercial tenants (in SAP)
• Verification of costs and consumption for plausibility
• Reporting meter readings to utility companies
• Setting up accounting structures at first calculation of new objects
• Handling objections to the utility cost calculation
• Booking of supply and service contracts, incoming invoices, as well as manual booking of property management costs for utility cost calculations according to contract

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial training as an accountant
• You have ideally already worked with DATEV, Lexware and/or SAP
• Desirable are professional experiences in debtors, creditors' accounting and/or main accounting
• Collaborative work in the team and a friendly demeanor
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
