Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Data collection, maintenance, and updating of customer data in our systems
• Support for structured recording of prospect and existing customer data
• Documented contacts and relevant information for further care
• Ensuring high data quality through careful review and editing
• Perspective on independent data collection during on-site appointments as well as digital work from home

Qualification

Your Profile:

• Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant working style
• Pleasure in dealing with people and collecting information
• Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Fundamental PC knowledge
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Driver's license advantageous for occasional outdoor appointments
