Setup and management of a ServiceNow orchestration platform including status dashboards. Extension and customization of Ansible Playbooks for Software Defined Networks. Integration and control of versioned CI/CD pipelines via GitLab. Connection of NetBox, Infoblox, CMDB, DNS, CyberArk, and Checkmk. Rollout of target configurations within existing change processes. Automatic creation of required validation documents for changes. Technical documentation as well as conducting professional training and coaching. Sound ServiceNow knowledge in workflow design and API integrations. Experience with Business Rules in ServiceNow. Very good knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab. Experience with user-friendly UI design in ServiceNow. Demonstrable knowledge in the network and firewall environment. Fluent English skills spoken and written; German language skills are an advantage. Long-term planned project duration. Option for extension.
