You Are An experienced nCino / Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Financial Services and lending platforms. You bring a combination of hands-on technical capability and delivery leadership , with the ability to guide teams, shape solutions, and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable owning technical delivery while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to ensure scalable and well-structured solutions. The Work Lead the technical design and implementation of nCino-based solutions for financial services clients, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and related technologies. This includes developing and maintaining technical designs, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in nCino and Salesforce, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across our organization.
