About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate/Lead - Product Development to join our team at NBBL. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing innovative product solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of product developers to design, develop, test, and deploy new products and features; • Collaborate with the Product Management team to define product requirements and prioritize development efforts; • Work closely with the Technology team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure; • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the fintech or payments space; • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions; • Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies; • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker; • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
