Job description
Job Description: Leads hydrodynamic and mooring design for offshore floating facilities in FEED, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective station-keeping solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead mooring and hydrodynamic engineering team.
- Perform hydrodynamic analyses (motions, wave loads, RAOs).
- Develop mooring system design, including configuration, strength, and fatigue.
- Interface with naval architecture, riser, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with class rules and project specifications.
- Supervise procurement and vendor technical evaluations.
- Support offshore installation planning for mooring systems.
- Bachelor's/Bachelor's in Naval Architecture, Ocean, or Offshore Engineering.
- 15+ years of offshore hydrodynamics and mooring design experience.
- Strong knowledge of mooring design software (e.g., OrcaFlex, AQWA).
- Experience in FEED/EPC projects for FPSOs, FLNGs, or TLPs.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
