Job description
Job Description: Responsible for leading naval architecture activities in the FEED stage, including hull design, stability, hydrodynamics, structural analysis, and integration of topside modules. Ensures technical compliance, constructability, and safety of offshore floating structures. Key Responsibilities: Lead the naval architecture team, assigning and reviewing tasks. Develop and validate hull form, stability, and hydrodynamic performance. Supervise global structural analysis and weight calculation. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in naval architecture, preferably in offshore floating structures. Strong understanding of naval architecture principles, including hull design, stability, hydrodynamics, and structural analysis. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
