NAUTICAL ELECTRICIAN

Ali Agency for Labor is looking for an Expert Nautical Electrician on behalf of a major company in Fano (PU), a reference point in the construction and fitting out of prestige vessels. We are looking for a professional with a deep knowledge of onboard electrical systems, able to operate independently and precisely on complex installations. The resource will be a key element of our fitting-out team, responsible for installing, cabling, and testing electrical and electronic systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Installing, cabling, and testing electrical, electronic, and automation systems onboard vessels.
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and specific manuals for the nautical sector.
• Intervening to maintain and identify faults on all onboard electrical systems (control panels, navigation systems, batteries, generators, lighting, etc.).
• Installing and connecting navigation equipment, communication systems, and safety devices.
• Collaborating with other departments (mechanics, carpentry, fitting-out) to ensure the correct progress of work.
• Rigorously respecting workplace safety regulations and sector quality standards.

Basic Requirements:

• A proven track record (at least 3-5 years) in the role of Nautical Electrician, gained in shipyards or companies in the sector.
• Excellent drawing and electrical diagram reading skills.
• In-depth knowledge of onboard electrical and electronic systems (e.g. 12/24V and 220V systems, generators, batteries, inverters).
• Knowledge of specific safety regulations for recreational boating.
• Proactivity, autonomy in work, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Precision, manual dexterity, and attention to detail, essential qualities in a high-end sector.
• Possession of a B driving license.
