National Store Manager
Job description
We are looking for an energetic, organized and independent person for the position of National Store Manager. This role is for someone who is not afraid of challenges, can quickly adapt to new conditions and wants to have a real impact on the operational functioning of the hall.
- implementation of business priorities, including sales and budget targets for MAKRO hall
- introduction and supervision of operational standards and BHP procedures
- monitoring process efficiency and implementing improvements
- reporting operational results and recommending optimization actions
- developing sales potential on the local market and building effective relationships with customers
- managing a team of hall employees, ensuring their development and high engagement
- building MAKRO's reputation on the local market, contact with institutions and local organizations
