The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the FMCG industry and will be responsible for leading and developing our national sales team to achieve targets and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets. Manage, mentor, and motivate the national sales team. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the executive team. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to achieve business objectives. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a National Sales Manager within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
