National Sales Manager Cape Town

National Sales Manager Currently seeking a National Sales Manager for an award-winning FMCG company based in Cape Town. The purpose of this position is to manage and expand the relationship with the allocated National Key Account customer in order to achieve sales objectives and targets, whilst maximizing sales opportunities within the allocated categories. Duties & Responsibilities OBJECTIVE 1: Develop and manage the implementation of the Key Account Customer strategy nationally Develop allocated Key Account Customer strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives and targets. OBJECTIVE 2: Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated National Key Account customers Develop and maintain strong relationships with allocated National Key Account customers to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction. OBJECTIVE 3: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the allocated categories to maximize sales revenue. OBJECTIVE 4: Monitor and report on sales performance Monitor and report on sales performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives and targets. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG industry Strong understanding of FMCG industry and market trends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend meetings.
