National Key Account Manager

STRATEGY

Implement the commercial strategy of Red Bull with key customers and manage them.

Develop short- and medium-term customer strategies in line with national sales priorities.

ANALYSE & PLANUNG

Analyze available data sources (e.g. Nielsen and YouGOV Scanner and Shopper Data) and lead growth opportunities for the customer.

Plan and forecast continuously and prepare the sales budget so that profitability targets are reached.

Develop plans for effective promotions.

Prioritize annual negotiations (including various scenarios) with focus on Red Bull's sales drivers and our investment strategy.

Create excellent, conceptual sales presentations and position Red Bull as a leading brand in the category.

DURCHFÜHRUNG

Implement the annual negotiation process with key customers and lead it.

Align with Red Bull's Perfect Store concept and consistently implement it.

TRACKING

Continuously track volume and profitability targets and adjust them using existing sales reports.

Prioritize the results of implemented plans (e.g. category projects or actions) and discuss them to show Red Bull's contribution to the retailer's business.

Use internal reporting systems to effectively steer implementation in the market.

ZUSAMMENARBEIT

Continuously work on understanding the needs of retailers better and react with concepts (in line with brand guidelines) that are beneficial for both sides.

Develop effective partnerships so that Red Bull is seen as an important supplier and contributor to profitable future growth.

Pursue the role of Category Captain at key strategic retailers within the category.

Built strong internal networks and maintain close cross-functional collaboration with Trade Marketing and other departments. Develop jointly successful customer and category strategies, as well as convincing sales concepts.
