Job description
The National Field Manager (NFM) will manage 5 Area Sales Managers across Mexico, and has the potential to manage other positions such as Trainers. The NFM will lead the field management team for the entire program. The NFM will partner closely with the Internal Operations and Client Operations teams on mass communication needs, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) needs, reporting needs, KPIs, compliance and bonus measurements for ASMs and Sales Promoters.
