Responsibilities: • Develop and implement national communications strategies that align with business objectives • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop tailored communication plans that drive results • Create thought leadership pieces, including articles, blog posts, and social media content • Develop internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote organizational initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform national communications strategies • Provide guidance and support to regional teams on national communications initiatives • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of national communications campaigns • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed • Develop and manage budgets for national communications initiatives • Ensure all national communications activities are aligned with organizational values and brand standards Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a senior communications role, preferably in a professional services firm or similar industry • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective national communications strategies that drive results • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Strong understanding of current trends and developments in the industry, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform national communications strategies • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is an advantage What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work on high-profile national communications campaigns that drive results • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals • Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to support your work • Recognition and reward for outstanding performance and contributions
