Nanny & Family Assistant with supplementary work in the hotel on a permanent contract

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and warm personality to actively support us in our family life. The focus of this versatile position is on the loving care of our 6-year-old son and the independent organization of our family household.

The main tasks include caring for our son in the afternoons and during school holidays, organizing and coordinating family life, laundry care, small errands, and light work around the house and garden.

Our small family dog also looks forward to loving care. This includes, in particular, walks, feeding, and light grooming.

The varied activity is complemented by flexible work in our family-run hotel. Depending on needs and agreement, support can be provided, for example, in breakfast service, at the front office, or in other areas.

We are looking for a child-loving, responsible, and well-organized personality who works independently, thinks ahead, and enjoys taking responsibility. Flexibility, reliability, and enjoyment of a varied everyday life are just as important to us as a warm and trusting interaction.

Your main tasks

Childcare / Nanny

Tasks include, among others:

• Care and accompaniment in daily life
• Active and varied leisure activities: Outdoor and indoor sports activities (e.g., sledding, swimming, playground, etc.), playing, reading, singing, crafting, organizing playdates
• Picking up and dropping off from school, sports activities, and playdates
• Preparation of balanced and delicious meals
• Care in case of illness and administration of medication by agreement with the parents
• Respecting and implementing our parenting philosophy
• Caring for our family dog (feeding and walking)

Organization of the family household

An important part of the position is the independent organization and care of our private household with house and garden:

• Support in general order and organization of the house
• Thinking ahead and independently identifying tasks, creating shopping lists, reporting necessary maintenance/repairs
• Sorting and organizing children's clothing and toys
• Cleaning of the living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms
• Monthly and seasonal deep cleaning (e.g., windows)
• Light work around the garden
• Completing various small tasks and errands in daily life

Supplementary work in the hotel

The position is rounded off by flexible work in our family-run hotel, depending on the agreed workload.

Possible areas of deployment include, for example:

• Breakfast service or
• Front office or
• Support in other hotel areas such as decorations or housekeeping depending on experience and your wishes

The exact division between family and hotel will be arranged and can be adapted to your needs according to the agreed workload.
