Your tasks at a glance:
- Gradual takeover of leadership tasks in window production
- Coordination of workflows and manufacturing processes
- Quality control and technical monitoring of work results
- Professional guidance and motivation of the production team
- Collaboration on optimizing processes and workflows
- Interface to preparation, project management, and executive management
- Codvelopment and implementation of training concepts
