• Supporting the branch leadership in daily business
• Coordination and care of the team
• Induction and support of new employees:innen
• Organizing internal workflows and scheduling structures
• Contact person for employees and customers
• Supporting quality assurance and process optimization
• Taking the initiative and actively supporting the team in daily work
• Participation in building a team and developing internal structures

• Communication strength and confident demeanor
• Self-contained and structured work style
• Responsibility and organizational talent
• Motivation to build a team and develop it further
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Ideal qualification in the area of §34d GewO or comparable knowledge
• First experience in employee leadership, team coordination, or organization is advantageous
