Junior Manager (m/w/d) in Insurance.

Tasks

• Learn the basics of daily business in the insurance and brokerage sector.
• Be active in sales and chat with our customers.
• BUILD long-term relationships with our customers and keep them going.
• Help management with organizational and strategic issues.
• Take over responsibility – whether for a team, office, or processes.

Qualification

• You have training in the insurance sector (something like §34d GewO or Insurance Specialist – or something similar).
• First experiences in the insurance or financial sector would be super.
• You have a desire for sales and customer contact.
• A good basic understanding of business processes, as well as interest in economic and organizational issues are advantageous.
• You are empathetic, can make decisions, and think strategically.
