Our household appliances department sets standards with its vast selection of sought-after brand products from Miele, Neff, Siemens, Bosch, AEG, and many other top brands. **To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated junior leaders (m/w/d) for the entire sales area.

Tasks

• Sovereignty in sales control, floor management, and product presentation
• Kompetence in leadership, development, and qualification of employees
• Professionalism in organization, personnel deployment, and daily management
• Comprehensive understanding for products, processes, and cross-sectional cooperation

Qualification

• Expertise in retail, ideally household appliances / Consumer Electronics or as a lateral entrant you are ready to learn something new.
• You have a passion for technology and bring enthusiasm for innovative products with you
• Presence, connectedness, and assertiveness
• Clear communication, customer- and service-orientedness
• Strength in coaching, feedback, and development work
• Structuring, prioritizing, and implementation competence
• Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and responsible action
• Teamwork ability and a friendly demeanor are self-evident for you.
• Flexibility and the willingness to also work on Saturdays round out your profile
