Night Nurse - WZC Zonnetij

What will you do:

As a nurse at WZC Zonnetij, you will have the space to apply your expertise within a multidisciplinary team. You will follow up on residents, contribute ideas, and build strong care relationships. You are a central link between residents, family, doctors, and colleagues, and you monitor the quality of care.

Your daily activities include:

• you perform nursing actions according to current guidelines;
• you coordinate and monitor the care plans of residents;
• you observe and report changes in health status;
• you support and guide care assistants;
• you are the point of contact for residents, family, and doctors;
• you perform administrative tasks for the purpose of quality care.

Requirements:

As a nurse, you contribute to nursing actions, care planning, follow-up of care trajectories, and guidance of care assistants. Together with your colleagues, you ensure person-centered, quality care with a strong bond with residents and family. Furthermore, clinical insight, communication, and responsibility are central qualities. You need these because you coordinate, observe, substantiate decisions, and act as a point of contact.

Furthermore, we ask for:

• HBO5 + visa;
• experience: not required (but a plus);
• strong in following care plans, reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration;
• good knowledge of Dutch;
• flexible and stress-resistant.
