Night Receptionist (m/w/d) in Part-time at Hotel Lucia

The Simulevski family and their team have been welcoming guests to Hotel Lucia for already 20 years. A lot has changed over this time, and we've developed accordingly. Today, Hotel Lucia is a modern, cozy city hotel. Our very good guest reviews are proof of that. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our reception area during the night shift. This includes checking in guests, answering questions, and providing information about our services and facilities. You will also be expected to handle any issues that may arise during your shift, such as lost keys or complaints from guests. In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas. This includes restocking supplies, taking out the trash, and performing other routine maintenance tasks. We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to work independently.
