Type of Employment: Full-time

• Personal and warm care for our guests
• Preparation of check-outs and billing with service staff
• Creation of daily closing reports
• Preparatory work for the day shift
• Inspection tours through the entire hotel
• Monitoring of the fire alarm control panel (BMZ) and locking systems

• Completed vocational training as a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant or Hotel Clerk
• Previous experience as a Night Porter / Night Auditor is an advantage
• Sales talent & eloquence
• Organizational talent
• Good IT skills, Protel hotel software is an advantage
• Good and professional demeanor
• Willingness to work & flexibility
• Loyalty & discretion
• Reliability & sense of responsibility
