Sustainability Advisor (m/w/d): Focus on Sustainability Strategy & Reporting

What tasks can you expect at our company?

• Advising companies on the development and implementation of sustainability strategies
• Accompanying ESG and sustainability projects with a focus on medium-sized enterprises
• Support in sustainability reporting according to: VSME, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy
• Conducting significance analyses and supporting ESG data processes
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of sustainability ratings, particularly EcoVadis
• Conducting climate risk analyses
• Analyzing regulatory requirements and deriving practical recommendations
• Moderating workshops and presenting results to clients and stakeholders
• Participation in the further development of consulting products and internal methods

What do you ideally bring with you?

• A completed degree, e.g., in sustainability management, environmental sciences, economics, engineering, or social sciences
• Depending on your professional experience, you will take over project leadership independently or support our project teams in the areas of sustainability, ESG, and corporate consulting
• In-depth knowledge of current ESG regulations
• Understanding of regulatory and strategic sustainability themes
• Structured, analytical, and self-reliant working style
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance towards clients
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
