This is what you achieve with us- Professionally high-level care and nursing of our emergency patients of all age groups (including pediatric)
- You are responsible for the physical and psychological well-being as well as the safety of the patients
- You will learn the initial care of critically ill or injured patients
- You will acquire skills in the triage of emergency patients according to ESI and, when the time is right, will take on the role of shift leader of the emergency department
- Maintain electronic patient documentation
- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration
- Diploma in nursing at the tertiary level (HF or FH) or recognized foreign diploma in nursing
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the acute care area of a hospital
- Resilience, a flair for technical matters, and autonomous capacity for action
- Solid personal and social skills as well as motivated learning behavior and perseverance
- Individual and learning-promoting support and guidance, theoretical instruction at the Bern College of Nursing Education in Bern, as well as further instruction at SRO AG (in the form of learning transfer training, clinical instruction, AIN simulation training, and emergency-specific mega code training)
- Internships at our partner hospitals (in the university emergency department of Inselspital Bern and the emergency department for children and adolescents Inselspital Bern)
- Insight internships in anesthesia, the intensive care unit, and the ambulance service of SRO AG
- Modern employment conditions according to GAV (Collective Labor Agreement)
