Mutual Fund Trainer

We are looking for a highly experienced, business-aligned Trainer in Mutual Funds to lead capability building and strategic enablement for our pan-India mutual fund distribution and insurance network. This is not just a training role-it is a transformational position focused on partner growth, sales acceleration, and market readiness across wealth and insurance products. The role will lead a national knowledge and training function that blends consultative coaching, tech adoption, performance coaching, and process improvement to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Mutual Funds, with a strong understanding of the Indian financial services landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry trends. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering customized training programs for our distribution partners, insurance agents, and internal teams, leveraging various learning methodologies, such as instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. The Trainer will also be expected to analyze training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize program outcomes. In addition, the role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.
