Project description We have been engaged by a large European Bank to provide experienced professionals for their Murex Market Risk program. The program focuses on delivering a robust risk management platform for Treasury Front Office, TMO, and Risk teams to effectively manage the bank's funding and market risk exposures. Team members are expected to bring deep expertise, drive change initiatives, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of enhancements and new functional requirements. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Murex Market Risk program requirements and deliverables. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project tasks and deliverables. • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of Treasury Front Office, TMO, and Risk teams. • Providing expert-level support for Murex Market Risk program stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the Murex Market Risk program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, computer science, mathematics). • 5+ years of experience in risk management, financial markets, or related fields. • In-depth knowledge of Murex Market Risk program requirements and deliverables. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank).
