Job description

Hybrid work place Chihuahua Chihuahua Summary: We are seeking a talented Translator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The Marketing Creative Translator combines translation leadership with hands-on video editing and audio production to ensure Spanish content is culturally accurate, on-brand, and execution-ready across channels. They will work alongside our marketing and internal creative service teams. This person owns Spanish-language quality across motion and audio which includes: • Video editing software proficiency (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid) • Audio production skills (Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live) • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and linguistic variations in the Spanish-speaking market • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Translator with expertise in multimedia localization • Proficiency in Spanish (native speaker or near-native level) • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (Asana, Trello, Slack) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team This person will be responsible for: • Translating marketing materials, including video scripts, audio descriptions, and subtitles • Editing and producing multimedia content in Spanish, ensuring cultural accuracy and brand consistency • Collaborating with the creative services team to develop and implement localization strategies • Providing quality control and assurance for all Spanish-language content • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in multimedia localization • Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures • Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed • Traveling occasionally for business meetings or training sessions (less than 10% of the time)
