Job Description:

• Leading the design and development of digital solutions, including websites, applications, and marketing visuals, specifically for the construction sector.
• Creating, testing, and iterating on detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user journey flows to optimize product design.
• Working closely with marketing strategists, development teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on strategy and on time.
• Producing high-impact digital content by skillfully blending audio, video, animation, and graphical elements.
• Applying user-centered design principles and usability testing to continuously improve interaction quality and the overall user experience.
• Establishing and maintaining organized digital asset libraries, alongside creating clear documentation for design systems and specifications.
• Proactively researching and evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends in multimedia and digital marketing to drive innovation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital, multimedia and graphic design.
• Good portfolio demonstrating your abilities in animation, interactive design, video production, and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Able to turn abstract business ideas into engaging multimedia solutions.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
