Multilingual Customer Consultant (German & English) Location: Ringwood (Hybrid - 80% home-based) Salary: £12.65 per hour bonus (OTE) Hours: Monday-Saturday, shifts between 8:00am-8:00pm (rota supplied monthly) Contract: Full-time About the Role TeamJobs is hiring on behalf of a global client for a Multilingual Customer Consultant (German & English speaking) . This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive, and international team, working with customers across multiple channels - phone, email, and chat. As a Multilingual Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements, and contribute to the development of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with technology.
