Multi-Skilled Engineer

My Telford based client is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi skilled Engineer. This would be 4 on and 4 off NIGHTS 5.30pm - 5.30am. £15.78/ph (dependent on experience) shift allowance - £20.52/ph overtime available Performance related bonus dependent on meeting production targets and successful completion of probation period Life Assurance on completion of probation Pension Free parking Flexibility will be required to your approach to the working hours Responsibilities:- Fault find and rectify equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is in good working order. Provide technical support to other engineers and operators as needed. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the production process and equipment. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize production schedules and minimize downtime. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
