With You, We'll Be Even Better The Municipal Hospital Braunschweig gGmbH is a maximum care hospital for the Braunschweig region and with 1,499 beds one of the largest hospitals in Germany. With 21 clinics and ten independent clinical departments as well as seven institutes, almost the entire spectrum of medicine is covered. Approximately 50,000 patients are treated annually on an inpatient basis and more than 200,000 patients on an outpatient basis. The position at a glance is an internal radiology specialist for the department of radiology. Your tasks will include: • Conducting diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities (e.g., CT, MRI, ultrasound) • Interpreting images and providing reports to referring physicians • Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and conferences with other medical professionals • Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to ensure optimal patient care • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of radiological techniques and developments. The ideal candidate should have: • A medical degree (M.D.) or equivalent • At least 2 years of experience as a radiology specialist • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic patient records • Certification as a radiology specialist (Facharzt für Radiologie) is an advantage.
