Your tasks will include:

• Maintenance and monitoring of facilities in the areas of supply, climate, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as measurement, control, and building technology
• Acceptance, tracking, and rectification of disturbances, as well as performance of maintenance work
• Verification of the functional and operational safety of electrical and control technical facilities in accordance with relevant regulations such as VDE and DIN
• Ensuring the continuous readiness for operation of building technical systems and equipment, including their integration into the building automation system
• Performance of repairs, optimizations, and new or modified installations of building technical systems

You will bring:

• A completed training in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on automation, operation, energy, or building technology, or a similar field
• Professional experience in the areas of climate technology, ventilation technology, and technical building management
• Good knowledge of Siemens components and frequency converters from various manufacturers
• Safe handling of PCs and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A valid Class B driver's license
