About the Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our technology team within a leading Banking & Finance organisation . In this role, you will support digital transformation initiatives focused on modernising financial operations, regulatory compliance, customer engagement, and risk management. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise D365 solutions across key financial domains. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. Configure and customise D365 applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance & Operations modules. Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team on D365 best practices, architecture, and development standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of D365 solutions to ensure quality and performance. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and customisation. Strong understanding of the D365 platform, including its various modules and functionalities. Experience with developing and deploying custom solutions using C#, .NET, and the D365 SDK. Experience with integrating D365 with other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus. Skills & Experience Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience in the Banking & Finance industry is a plus. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus. Experience with Azure services is a plus.
