Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Extensive experience: Implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions. 2. Strong understanding: In-depth knowledge of D365 CE architecture, data models, and security frameworks. 3. Proven ability: Designing scalable and robust enterprise solutions using D365 CE customization and integration capabilities. Mandatory Skills: 1.
