As a MS D365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to clients on the implementation, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. This includes but is not limited to: • Providing expert-level consulting services to clients on the implementation, customization, and integration of MS D365 CRM solutions. • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying MS D365 CRM solutions that meet client requirements. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in MS D365 CRM technology and applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver innovative solutions to clients. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in MS D365 CRM implementation, customization, and integration. • Strong understanding of MS D365 CRM architecture, features, and functionality. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to learn quickly. • Experience working in an international environment or willingness to adapt to global business practices.
