Tasks

• You are responsible for the administration and configuration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, role, and access management, as well as integration with connected Microsoft-365 services.
• The client and device management using Microsoft Intune and MDM, including policy control, software distribution, patch management, and security baseline implementation for Windows devices is in your hands.
• You function as an MS-365 allrounder for Microsoft-Windows topics, analyze disturbances and incidents in the client environment, and ensure a stable, secure, and efficient operation.
• The planning, implementation, and optimization of workplace standards, as well as participation in MS-365-related projects, are part of your responsibility area, including documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• In addition, you advise and support colleagues on MS-365-related questions and contribute to the improvement of IT services.

Qualification

• You hold a completed education or degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification and bring already several years of professional experience in the Microsoft-365 environment with you.
• In addition, you possess fundamental knowledge in the administration and operation of Microsoft 365, particularly in the areas of client management, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, MDM, and general Microsoft-Windows topics. You act as an MS-365 allrounder with a focus on modern workplace and endpoint solutions; knowledge of storage and VMware environments is of subordinate importance.
