MRO Technician

▪Generate purchase requirements based on consumption analysis, lead time, and criticality.

▪Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

▪Create documentation for collections and imports.

▪Keep the spare parts catalog updated in the ERP system (SAP).

▪Monitor rotation, obsolescence, and availability of spare parts.

▪Validate needs for spare parts for preventive and corrective maintenance.

▪Identify and track special attention to pieces that can stop operations.

▪Detect unused or non-moving spare parts for cleaning or replacement.

▪Monitor KPIs

▪Receipt and verification of spare parts, consumables, and chemicals according to purchase orders and technical sheets, ensuring correct review, registration, and labeling.

▪Proper storage of materials in assigned locations, following safety, rotation (FIFO), and chemical compatibility criteria.

▪Timely and precise supply of spare parts, consumables, and chemicals requested by maintenance and production areas.

▪Inventory movement registration in ERP or WMS systems, ensuring traceability and control.

▪Execution of cyclic inventories and support for external or internal audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

▪Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse according to the 5S methodology and industrial safety standards.

▪Identification and reporting of damaged, missing, or obsolete materials.

▪Compliance with industrial safety standards, use of EPP, and protocols for handling hazardous materials.

▪Delivery and receipt of EPP if applicable.

▪Support in the management of chemical waste and expired or damaged materials.
