In the Vascular Center of the Cantonal Hospital Baden, specialists in angiology and vascular surgery work closely together to provide comprehensive patient care. To support the team, we are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual who brings organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working in a medical environment.

MPA / FaGe Vascular Center 60-80%

Your tasks

• You plan, organize, and coordinate the outpatient clinics for angiology and vascular surgery.
• You receive our patients in a friendly, professional, and open manner.
• You take care of outpatient clinic administration, including reporting, service recording, material management, and documentation in KISIM.
• You independently perform diagnostic and nursing tasks such as blood draws, oscillographies, and the care of minor wounds.
• You assist with sclerotherapy and the insertion of PICC and Midline catheters.
• Together with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you ensure the smooth running of the outpatient clinics.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Medical Assistant EFZ or a Healthcare Professional EFZ.
• You approach patients with empathy and convince with your motivation, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications and digital planning systems.
