Job offer: Customer Service and Content Moderation in Polish, remotely or with accommodation (Portugal, Greece, or Bulgaria)

We are looking for people speaking Polish on full-time positions in the customer service and content moderation department.
You can work completely remotely or from an office in Portugal, Greece, or Bulgaria, with accommodation provided by the company.

Job details:

• Languages required: Polish (native or C1+) and English (min. B1B2)
• Location: Portugal, Greece, or Bulgaria (EU country required EU citizenship)
• Type of contract: Full-time, 40 hours a week, long-term cooperation
• Monthly salary: from 1300 to 2000 euro netto, depending on the project
• Sign-up bonus: 2000 euros after signing the contract (applies to selected projects)
• Relocation support: Paid air ticket, 23 weeks in a hotel, assistance in finding accommodation
• Accommodation: In some projects, a private room with included expenses. In others, full support in finding accommodation (max. 350 euros per month for a fully furnished apartment, ideal for couples as well)
• Night shifts: Available with attractive financial bonuses
• Equipment: Computer and internet connection provided by the company

Available positions:

• Customer service (chat, email, phone)
• Content moderation on marketplace platforms (announcements, reviews, user content)
• Content moderation in social media (texts, images, videos)
