Motorsport Engineer (m/w/d)

Start: immediately

Tasks

• Development, optimization, and fine-tuning of our GT4 racing cars
• Analysis of telemetry data to improve performance
• Participation in test and racing events (at least 12 events per year)
• Maintenance and further development of our dynamics simulator for racing cars
• Closely working with drivers, mechanics, and team management

Qualification

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, Motorsport Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Experience in motorsports or the automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle dynamics, telemetry analysis, and racing car setup
• Team player with a strong hands-on mentality, stress tolerance, and genuine passion for motorsports
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel
