Tasks

You assemble the motors that power our UAVs. In series production, you build two-stroke combustion engines according to defined instructions, torque specifications, and quality standards together. Each motor must be precisely, reproducibly, and fully documented manufactured.

Your tasks in detail

• Assembly of two-stroke combustion engines according to instructions, torque specifications, and defined manufacturing processes.
• Conducting quality control and measurements during assembly.
• Final inspection and simple functional tests including complete documentation for traceability.
• Ensuring a clean and organized workspace in accordance with the 5S principles as well as managing components and consumable materials.
• Recognizing recurring assembly problems and participating in continuous process improvement of processes, tools, and fixtures.

Qualification

Completed technical vocational training or comparable practical experience, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, automotive or motor mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or mechanical assembler.

• Well-developed manual skills and experience in handling hand tools, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments.
• High quality standards, reliability, and a meticulous, structured working method.
• Able to accurately implement instructions and technical documentation and document your own work fully.
• Safety-conscious work and enjoyment of a structured production environment.
• Good German or English language skills.

Advantageous

• Experience in motor assembly, the automotive industry, motorsport, or precision manufacturing.
• Knowledge of two-stroke engines.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
