MOTORCYCLE SALES MANAGER

Looking for an experienced and highly motivated Motorcycle Sales Manager to take full responsibility for the motorcycle sales department.

The successful candidate will manage a sales team of 2, oversee motorcycle inventory, drive sales and profitability, while also being hands-on and actively selling motorcycles.

The role will additionally take responsibility for advertising, digital marketing and promotional activities to generate leads, increase showroom traffic and grow motorcycle sales.

· Grade 12 / Matric.

· Minimum 3 years' sales management or senior sales experience.

· Motorcycle sales experience is highly advantageous.

· Motor dealership experience preferred.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

· Experience managing stock/inventory.

· Experience with online advertising and social media marketing.

· Valid driver's licence.

· Valid motorcycle licence will be advantageous.

· Computer literate with CRM/DMS experience.
