Motor Trade Service Advisor

PMW Ltd are seeking an experienced and motivated Motor Trade Service Advisor to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in the motor trade who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of motor vehicles and the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident IT user – full training on internal systems will be provided
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to various situations
• Full, valid UK driving license (manual)

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and excellent service
• Manage service bookings, updates, and follow-ups
• Liaise between customers and the workshop team
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Ensure efficient use of IT software for all service processes
