Motor mechanic

NAVT Pty Ltd trading as BHG Waitara is seeking a talented and experienced motor mechanic to join our team in Waitara, NSW. As a full-time motor mechanic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services to our valued customers. Working in a modern, well-equipped workshop, you will have the opportunity to utilise your extensive knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

What you'll be working on

-Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

-Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues

-Test and replace faulty parts and components

-Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

-Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

-Ensure the workshop is kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Qualified motor mechanic with a relevant trade certificate or diploma (preferred)
• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) working as a motor mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
