Aufgaben

• Beratung: Independent planning, control, and monitoring of ERP projects based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central – from the conceptual phase to the successful project completion.
• Sicherstellung der Lösungsqualität: Responsibility for the quality of delivered customer solutions, including thorough documentation for quality assurance and traceability of development tasks.
• Teamleitung & -koordination: Leadership and organizational support of project teams, as well as coordination with relevant departments and external partners.
• Kundenworkshops & Prozessanalysen: Conducting workshops and in-depth analyses directly with the customer to gather, specify, and structurally depict individual business processes.
• Individuelle Systemanpassung: Development and adaptation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central according to customer-specific and industry-specific requirements.
• Anwenderdokumentation: Creation of practical handbooks and guides to support end-users in their daily system use.
• Implementierung & Schulung: Introduction of the ERP solution to the customer, as well as training of key users and users for sustainable system use.
• Go-Live & Support: Accompaniment of the go-live and subsequent consulting and support in live operation.
• 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support: Support of the support department in complex technical or professional questions.
• Vertriebssupport (Pre-Sales): Support of sales through technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting.
• Wissensaustausch: Active participation in internal knowledge transfer through exchange of experiences, best practices, and technical innovations.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung & Qualifikation: You have completed a degree in (business-)informatics, business administration, or a comparable IT education.
• Erfahrung: You bring already several years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central environment – ideally in project leadership or development.
• Prozessverständnis: You understand business processes and can efficiently transfer individual business processes into ERP systems.
• Arbeitsweise: You work responsibly, think entrepreneurially, and take over responsibility for projects and results.
• Mobilität: You are willing to travel for customer meetings within the D-A-CH region.
• Soft Skills: You are communicative, engaged, and characterized by a structured, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented working style.
• Lernbereitschaft: You are eager to learn, acquire new knowledge through self-study, and remain technically up-to-date.
• Sprachkenntnisse: You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Kommunikativ, eigenständig und zielstrebig!
