To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged SAP Recruiting Consultant (m/w/d), who is responsible for the complete 360° recruiting process and already has experience in the SAP markets FI/CO or SD/MM.

Tasks

• Solo management of the entire 360° recruiting process – from customer acquisition to demand determination to successful placement
• BUILDING, MAINTENANCE AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF LONG-TERM CUSTOMER AND CANDIDATE RELATIONSHIPS
• Identification and addressing of SAP specialists through various recruitment channels (Active Sourcing, Talent Pools, Networks etc.)
• Conducting interviews as well as advising and accompanying candidates throughout the process
• Market observation in the SAP environment, particularly in the areas FI/CO or SD/MM
• Negotiation of contract conditions and steering of the entire placement process

Qualification

• At least 2-3 years of experience in 360° Recruiting in the ERP/SAP environment
• Good knowledge or first deep specialization in the SAP modules FI/CO or SD/MM
• Other SAP-Modules like HCM, PP/PI, PM, QM, LO, TR, EC and IM are also interesting to us regarding prior experience
• Outstanding communication and advisory skills
• Proactive working style and joy in networking
• Zielorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Eigeninitiative
• Very good German language skills (C1)
