Motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Leader (m/w/d) sought - Hamburg Area

We are looking for a motivated Microsoft-Partner with a focus on medium-sized enterprises to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Projects in an unlimited term of employment. The company has been supporting its customers for approximately 20 years with tailored ERP and Cloud Solutions and employs around 60 employees. The focus lies on the Digitalization and Automation of Business Processes, aiming to sustainably reduce workloads.

The workplace is located in Hamburg. A Remote Work Option of up to four days per week is possible from time to time.

The project focus lies on Migrations from Dynamics NAV to Business Central, as well as on New Implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central. Both older NAV versions and current BC SaaS Solutions, particularly in the Production Environment, are used. You will work closely with a team of around 30 experienced Business-Central-Consultants. Task allocation is done jointly, individual strengths are deliberately utilized. With corresponding performance, clear development and career prospects open up. The position reports directly to the Operations Lead, who is under the management of the CEO.

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for ERP projects in a technical and commercial sense
• Steering and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Planning and coordination of project resources
• Control of budgets, deadlines, and project progress
• Closely working with customers throughout the entire project duration
• Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung der Projektteams
• Structured task allocation and promotion of a constructive team culture
• Analysis of requirements and translation into functional business processes
• Creation of solution concepts, documentation, and decision-making bases
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Anwendern, Consultants und Entwicklern
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations
• Support for sales through effort estimates

Qualifikation

• Study of (Business-) Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central
• Fundamental knowledge in ERP projects and business processes
• Experience in leading projects
• Very good understanding of BC standards, ideally in the production environment
• Self-starter with high initiative
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance in customer contact
• Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie
• Economic thinking and structured working style
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
