Motivated Junior IT Recruiting Consultant (m/w/d) Wanted - 100% remote within Germany

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Junior IT Recruiting Consultant (m/w/d), who already has 1–3 years of experience in 180° recruiting and now aims to take the step into 360° recruiting. Ideally, you have already gained experience in IT recruitment and are a salesperson through and through.

Tasks

• Step-by-step build-up of your role in 360° recruiting – from customer care to successful placement
• Independent management and development of candidate relationships in the IT field
• Identification and addressing of specialists through various recruitment channels (Active Sourcing, Talent Pools, networks etc.)
• Conducting interviews, as well as counseling and accompanying candidates throughout the process
• Ongoing market observation in the IT sector
• Support in determining demand, customer communication, and process coordination
• Gradual takeover of candidate acquisition, contract negotiations, and steering of the entire placement process

Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in 180° recruiting in the IT field or in Sales/Marketing
• Knowledge or initial specialization in IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Proactive work style and joy in networking
• Ziel-oriented, negotiation-skilled, and self-initiated
• Very good German language skills (C1)
