To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Junior IT Recruiting Consultant (m/w/d), who already has 2–3 years of experience in 180° Recruiting and now aims to take the Einstieg in das 360° Recruiting. Ideally, you have already worked in recruiting in areas such as IT-Administration & Infrastruktur, IT-Sicherheit, Datenanalyse & Data Science, Projektmanagement, Webentwicklung, Cloud Computing, IT-Consulting, UX/UI Design, or Qualitätssicherung.

Aufgaben

• Schrittweiser Aufbau Deiner Rolle im 360° Recruiting – von der Kundenbetreuung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
• Eigenständige Betreuung und Entwicklung von Kandidatenbeziehungen im ERP-Umfeld
• Identifikation und Ansprache von Fachkräften über diverse Recruiting-Kanäle (Active Sourcing, Talent Pools, Netzwerke etc.)
• Durchführung von Interviews sowie Beratung und Begleitung von Kandidaten durch den gesamten Prozess
• Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung in den Bereichen IT-Administration & Infrastruktur, IT-Sicherheit, Datenanalyse & Data Science, Projektmanagement, Webentwicklung, Cloud Computing, IT-Consulting, UX/UI Design oder Qualitätssicherung.
• Unterstützung bei der Bedarfsermittlung, Kundenkommunikation und Prozesskoordination
• Schrittweise Übernahme der Kundenakquise, Vertragsverhandlungen und Steuerung des gesamten Besetzungsprozesses

Qualifikation

• 2–3 years of experience in 180° Recruiting in the IT/ERP field
• Knowledge or first specialization in recruiting for IT-Systeme
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
• Proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Netzwerken
• Zielorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Eigeninitiative
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
