Tasks

• Development and adaptation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC): Adaptations in the system, development, interface programming
• Analysis and specification: Collection and documentation of requirements in sub-projects as well as their transfer into technical concepts.
• Documentation: Creation of technical documentation for quality assurance and as a basis for training and user support.
• Support (2nd Level): Analysis and resolution of complex support cases in collaboration with the support department.
• Knowledge transfer: Engagement in internal knowledge building through exchange of experiences, best practices, and further development of the project team.

Qualification

• Fachliche Qualifikation: Successfully completed education in the IT field with a focus on programming or a study in computer science or business informatics.
• First practical experience: Ideally already some initial contact with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision or similar applications.
• Process understanding: Good feeling for business processes and their representation in IT systems.
• Technical knowledge: Fundamentally IT-savvy as well as interest in modern technologies and software solutions.
• Persönliche Stärken: Well-developed teamwork, communication enthusiasm, and an open, engaged personality.
• Weiterbildungsbereitschaft: Self-responsible working style as well as high motivation for continuous professional and personal development.
• Linguistic skills: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills for exchange in international contexts.
